I want to apply for Temporary Residence in Canada.
But I have one month left of my legal residence in current country
(Egypt).

Can I still apply for one from there if within my legal residence time.

You mean you are applying for Temporary Residence Visa (TRV),
right? For what purpose (visitor, student, or worker)?

AFAIK for temporary resident visa application, there is no
requirement you need to stay in the country of the visa office.
However there are potential issues in applying TRV not in your
home country:

- Visa office may need to verify the information you include as
part of the TRV application. If this information quite specific
to your home country, the visa office may have limited knowledge
on how verifying the information, causing delay or even failure
to verify.

- If the TRV application is the kind that take a while, and it
happend to be longer than the time you stay in that country, and
visa office later request additional documentations or even your
presence after you leave the country, then it is up to you to be
able to fulfill the request.
