What: Be a part of 2005 International Pilates Day 100 doing "the
Hundred." Join the McEntire Workout Method and founder Trent
McEntire, Master of Ceremonies at Detroit's Freedom Hill County Park
as part of International Pilates Day on April 16, 2005. International
Pilates Day will introduce people to the fun and excitement of Pilates
exercise via the 100, a non-strenuous movement synonymous with Pilates.
International Pilates Day 2005 is organized by The Pilates Method
Alliance® (PMA®) an international, not-for-profit, professional
association dedicated to the study, teaching and training of the
Pilates exercise method. National sponsors include Canyon Ranch Health
Spa. In addition, local proceeds from the event will go to benefit St.
Jude's.
When: Saturday April 16th from 9a.m.- 12p.m. Registration for the event
is $39. All participants will receive a free pair of lawn tickets to a
concert this summer at Jerome Duncan Ford Theatre at Freedom Hill
