So you have stopped taking ht 1/2mg Glimperide. Try adding that back.

The size and fat content of the breakfast probably is the cause of the
delayed highs. Try cutting back on he size and carb amout at breakfast.

Was this your wholr dinner? - Your numbers pp are fine, just not much
nourishing, low carb food there. why not have some los carb veggies,
either cooked or salad with some protien, kind of like you lunch in place
of the milk with protein powder?
