When I pointed out these problems to Teresa Fleming, an officer in the
company, she offered me a full refund but I was first persuaded to try a
new version of the program that was supposed to let you multi-task as the
program minimized when sending e-mail.; This new software did not work - it
froze the system so that no other program could be opened. In essence, if
you want to use your computer for anything but a dedicated e-mail server,
Extractor pro is useless. It is full of bugs and does not work as
represented.
I was made a second offer of a refund if I presented a paid invoice for
NetContact to prove that I would not use the software but Terissa's
associate, Todd Farmer, overrode her undermining her authority. He is a
basic sleaze who runs a disreputable business called Cyberlink. I would not
recommend anyone to buy anything from this company or use their bulk e-mail
services for any reason whatsoever as they can not be trusted to keep their
word. I am out $349 which is a lot of money for me as I am disabled. They
knew they were taking advantage of a disabled person which makes the matter
ever the worse.
If you want good e-mail software use NetContact. Their newest version
allows personalization of messages and is stable for large lists. It is
much faster than Extractor pro about ten times as fast for extracting
addresses from newsgroup postings. They have a no questions asked 30 day
money back guarantee which is honored. They are a company with many
products and have been in business since 1992. You can find them at
www.primeleads.com.

If you're looking for sympathy, you've come to the wrong place. Most
of us hate e-mail spammers -- especially those that pull addresses
from newsgroups.

You're warning us not to buy a product of a type most of us passionately
despise? Okay. I promise not to buy Extractor, or any other spamware
for that matter.
Further, you want us to feel sorry for you because you lost money on
software designed to irritate the hell out of us? Wah. You're breaking
my heart. Your intention was to scan newsgroups for e-mail addresses,
then fill our mailboxes (for which WE pay, not you) with your crap, but
you got ripped off. Gee, I guess there is some justice in the universe
after all...
Keep your unsolicited crap OUT of our mailboxes!
