Ab Swing Problem
Hi I started on the Ab-Swing a few months ago but now have experienced a problem. My belly button is no longer centered and has moved to the right and is no longer straight. Perhaps I was using it wrong. Is there a way to rectify this? Thanks

Are there any benefits from inclined treadmill work that you wouldn't get from level treadmill work? Comments appreciated... more »

what are non-impact carbs?
I just ate an EAS Carb Control Myoplex Nutrition Bar. The nutrition info on the wrapper says that it contains 24 grams of carbs, of which 3 grams are sugar, 3 grams are dietary fiber, and 18 grams are "non-impact carbs". Is there such a thing? I thought dietary fiber was the only kind of carb that... more »

Metroid Prime help
I am stuck just past the Stone Toad. I bomb the morph ball slot and lower the acid pool. Then I get stuck. I can find 2 other morph ball slots. One will raise the platforms except for 2 of them. The other, is not active. I can't seem to get any further. What have I missed? Dave

Scientists Find Way To Beat The Menopause
Good news for the girl bunnies. As you may recall women have few options unlike men in treating menopause and even those can have unacceptable even serious side effects.
