Subject: daily fat intake
Hi-
I saw something on here about two weeks ago that disappeared
before I got to print it out:  it was a formula for determining
# of grams of fat per day intake depending on your optimal
weight and your activity level. It was something like activity
levels ranging from 10-14 multiplied by your optimal weight
divided by ??? etc. The end result was grams of fat per day to
maintain this weight. Anyone know what I'm talking about?? Could
someone repost it here? I promise to copy it down this time:)

Thanks
Alison Burke

Ptooey.

Get your energy from carbs, not fat.   It is QUITE possible to eat
tasty food that is very low-fat, or non-fat.  Learn how difficult it is
for your body to NOT store ingested fat in your personal fat store..
Anyone can create some magical "its okay to eat this many brownies"
formula the same way statisticians can turn any set of data into any
set of statistics.   Even if the equation was correct, you'd still
never be able to correctly plug in the right variables.

Accept that the fat you eat is the fat you wear, and given that, eat as
much as you desire.
