Get your energy from carbs, not fat. It is QUITE possible to eat
tasty food that is very low-fat, or non-fat. Learn how difficult it is
for your body to NOT store ingested fat in your personal fat store..
Anyone can create some magical "its okay to eat this many brownies"
formula the same way statisticians can turn any set of data into any
set of statistics. Even if the equation was correct, you'd still
never be able to correctly plug in the right variables.
Accept that the fat you eat is the fat you wear, and given that, eat as
much as you desire.
