Please post how you did this week. I'll post mine righ there - I lifted a little on Tuesday, just some getups and windmills, and that was it. I had a hugely busy rest of my life and will pick up the lifting again on Monday.

Carb cycling vs.TKD

I've been researching the targeted ketogenic diet and the so-called carb cycling concept. To me, they both seem similar. In fact one could almost call the TKD a carb cycling diet, couldn't one?

Hernia issue

Hello boys
just a little advice please
i am diagnosed just now with a small inguinal hernia
not causing any pain I barely know it is there
doctors dont know much about weight training
shall i just go easy on deadlifts? anyone living with a hernia have any advice?
