This is just further proof that you have ZERO life and have long been one
of THE most ill informed trolls in Usenet. I am willing to bet that you
actually believe that there is actually something called "muscle bound."
To give you some facts, when I competing in Bodybuilding back in the
1980s, I was part of a study at Arizona State University. They were doing
tests to see how different training methods effected athletic performance.
I am 5'9 3/4" and was 225 at the time and around 8% body fat. One of the
tests was to put me on an exercise bike where they would add weight and
have you go as fast and as long as you could. I was able to get the speed
up the same speed of their top track and field sprinters, used more weight
than their largest football players and also was able to keep a consistent
pace for far longer than either of those groups. I completely threw their
data for a loss. They also did range of motion tests and my range of
motion was far better than average. That was just from doing full range
exercises with no extensive stretching. I also am a professional drummer
and was just as loose in my playing at 225 with arms that were just a
shade under 20" than I was when I was lighter and less muscular. The very
fact that you use ANY type of sweeping generalization just shows that you
are a troll and mentally deficient. BTW, during that testing, I was able
to dunk a tennis ball on a standard basketball hoop and ran a 9.8 100
yards. Time for you to butch up a bit and get a clue.
