I've been lifting for 3 weeks now. I see the results and I like them. I'd
really like to add another 10 pounds. My upperbody / forarms could use some
work.
I have some free weights and I'd like advice on lifting. Any online
suggestions ?

Are you registered as a bone marrow donor? If not, why not? You regenerate
what you donate and are only offered the chance to donate if you end up
matching someone on the recipient list. Call your local Red Cross and ask
about registering to be a bone marrow donor. It saves lives, and doesn't
cost you a cent.

If your goal is strength or hypertrophy gains both of these are poor
starting places. i'd head to Krista's site instead.
Or I'd go to
or I'd do a search and find the hypertrophy specific training. Which
depends on your goals.

You can put your boots in the oven, but that doesn't make them biscuits.
