Here's what I did - everyone is invited to post their workout from
today, too:

bw = 154 lb, age = 58 years young

1. Warmup - stretching, bw pistols, elevated 1A1L pushups

2. Front Squat 175 lb x 5 reps (PR) x 3 sets -
