Drop sets, training to failure pt 2

Did a Squats, on the plates machine, rather than free weights, no
spotters needed on a plates machine, i did squat 280 lb to failure,
then squat 220 lb to failure, then squat 160 lb to failure, felt
great, great challenge

That's a great idea, It build strength much faster, then if doing
regular weight training.

I did something similar (descending pyramid)
on a leg press
Feels awesome, gravity never felt so heavy
320 LB, dropped 40 LB
280 LB, dropped 40 LB
240 LB, dropped 40 LB
200 LB, dropped last 40 LB
160 LB

I then did hiking, Not easy on a wobble Legs
