This is part of the Westside template. Speed deadlifts are done on
dynamic effort day, along with box squats also done with less than 70%.
On maximum effort day they choose one exercise out of many that work the
posterior chain and go to a maximum effort.
Normally you wouldn't work both a dynamic effort and a max on the same
day. On one day the objective is rate of force development and
technique. On the other the objective is strength.
