Hernia issue

Hello boys
just a little advice please
i am diagnosed just now with a small inguinal hernia
not causing any pain I barely know it is there
doctors dont know much about weight training
shall i just go easy on deadlifts? anyone living with a hernia have any
advice?

When I was a kid we had an inguinal. We tried to feed it leaves but it
wouldn't eat anything and finally became a meal for the cat.

As far as the hernia, I can't imagine weight lifting would be a good idea
until it's fixed and healed.

it mildly. After the surgery you may notice a small lump in one of
your nuts, pay it no mind.

Well, there's only about four people here! Good luck with the hernia, taking
a vacation from weightlifting to get it fixed and let it heal is not going
