Subject: JUST STARTED LIFTING AGAIN...
I'm 6'0" and I weigh 175lbs

I've been lifting for 3 weeks now. I see the results and I like them. I'd
really like to add another 10 pounds. My upperbody / forarms could use some
work.

I have some free weights and I'd like advice on lifting. Any online
suggestions ?

If your goal is strength or hypertrophy gains both of these are poor
starting places. i'd head to Krista's site instead.

or I'd do a search and find the hypertrophy specific training. Which
depends on your goals.

Want 10lbs more? Squats, Deadlifts, Clean and press, bent over rows, chins,
straight leg deads. Throw in some whole eggs, whole milk, etc for good measure.
Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, you will grow.
