The local gym has just begun Turbo Kick classes. they claim it burns
more calories than other aerobics even regular kickboxing because they
do sort of interval. Supposed to also build muscles more so in the legs

Its some kind of patented system if that is worth anything.
Anyone heard of it? Tried it?
looking for something better than what i do now. just do not have the
schedule to go to every class.
