In the day, that's pronounced "water vapor on Mercury" and at night,
"ice on Mercury", just before it's pronounced "water vapor in the rough
vicinity of Mercury". Iron does rest on top of ice (if the ice is thick
enough), but I wouldn't really call it floating.
