Summer jobs for EMTs

I am a full-time college student who just got EMT certified. I'd like
to find a summer job (in the dallas ft. worth area) using EMT skills,
but no one would hire me for just the summer... would they?

Anyone have any ideas on where to look for such a job? Thanks!

Check with your local departments... or local hospital.

Well -- try contacting a local private EMS service, american, central,
careflight, etc, or contact the hospitals -- parkland, methodist/sw methodist,
baylor (ick!)... If not, join a vol fd...
