retirement study

I am a graduate student at the University of Illinois (and on the music
faculty at Western Illinois University) and am doing a research study on
the effects of retirement on music educators in higher education.

I am looking for music educators who have been retired from their
positions in higher education for at least three years to participate in a
study to examine their activities after retirement. If you would like to
participate, please respond to mf...@wiu.edu and I will be happy to send
you a questionaire to fill out. I will also be contacting selected
individuals to see if they are interested in an interview, so please
indicate that on the questionaire, should you fill one out.

All participants will remain anonymous, and all participants will receive
a copy of the final report.

I myself am not that far away from retirement, so I am looking forward to
receiving some great insight into retirement both for my research and for
my own planning.
