The poster is a repeat offender over many years, who invariably posts
quotes of racist tidbits, with positive comments about the racist
views expressed therein. His posts are NEVER on topic in the random
groups he cross-posts to. He does not engage in discussion of any
other threads in the targeted groups, and rarely responds when someone
responds to his tripe.
He is trying to draw traffic to the racist website. That makes it
spam in my book. It might be classified as a troll instead, except
that the purpose does not seem to be to provoke a flamefest of
discussion on the targeted groups (and indeed most people ignore his
tripe).
