Disaster for Los Angeles public schools

Students will no longer be suspened for being willfully defiant (yes, you read that right):

Not teaching young people discipline, and being accountable for their actions will make classrooms more dangerous and chaotic. And more parents with common sense pulling their children out of LA's public schools and/or picking up and moving elsewhere. How will children even feel the least bit safe any more?
There are a LOT of stupid people in the world, who will have to learn the hard way.
This is even a spiritual disaster, and the building of character will have to come later in the lives of LA's young people, at greater personal cost, as life's lessons are postponed for them.
