Art Education for Home schoolers

My name is Janel Anderson and I am opening an art education program
for home schoolers. I have friends who home school and upon their
inquiry, I've decided to resign my position in the public school
system to provide art education to the home school children. I am
eager to begin my classes which will be based in art education vs arts
and crafts. A syllabus will soon be available along with a statement
of philosophy. Many details are still being worked out as yet, but I
hope to have the program running by November. I will be offering
classes on Monday mornings for grades two- three. Wednesday mornings
grades four-six. Depending on the age groups and interest, I will
offer other class times for junior high and high school students.
All morning classes will be set aside for home schoolers only. As an
added service I will be conducting art activities and provide
tuitoring for public school children from 3pm-6pm Mon.- Thurs.
I hope you can share this information with folks who home school and
are not a part of the Net. I will continue posting messages about my
