In the irony of ironies, the University of Mississippi has been growing
marijuana for the federal government's little-known medical marijuana
program, the Compassionate Investigational New Drug program, for
decades. Each month, the federal authorities send four patients a tin
canister filled with about 300 pre-rolled marijuana cigarettes. Free!

The U.S. Constitution MANDATES that any powers not SPECIFICALLY
designated to the federal level are STATES' RIGHTS issues. Hemp and its
flower cannabis should be regulated by STATES to undo the conflicting
laws that merely 3 corrupt men, out to line their pockets, created in
the 1930's.

I guess you haven't been paying attention to the Fast&Furious thing
whereby we're GIVING assault rifles etc. to Mexican drug runners. I
REALLY want to know the motivation behind that.
