The back pressure from one of these faucet-mount units can eventually
cause the faucet to leak. The units themselves are not that well made
either, and usually start to fail sooner than you would expect. IMHO
you're better off with an under-sink unit or even a "Brita" type pitcher.

Seems strange to filter crap out of your water and then add crap back
into your water. And people pay for this?

Reminds me of the stimulus workers I had a chance to watch. One dug a
hole and the other one would fill it in. I watched them go down the
road aways digging and filling in at least a dozen holes. When I asked
them what they were doing, they explained the guy whose job it was to
plant the trees was out sick.

It's a Multi-Pure. filters down to 1/2 micron. Not cheap !
