Anyone have a link to a reverse phone number lookup that is free and works?
I've tried with Google but sites give no reply or a high price.

TIA

Put the phone number in google, and see what happens.

Canada411.ca still works in Canada the last time I checked, so look there,
see if they have a pointer to a US lookup. Or try variants like US411.com
and maybe just 411.com to see if you can find a US reverse lookup.

Or just google "reverse phone lookup". Plenty come up.
I've used Anywho and WhitePages.

I tried that first. The lack of sucess bright me here. Either I don't get
the associated name or I get a big charge request to reveal it.

Whenever I get annoying phone calls with no name attached
to the number I just enter the number in any search engine
and I get several hits. I might have to scroll down 3 or
4 of the results but I eventually find where people have posted
that it's a scam call or someone wanting to sell me something.
