Over twenty percent (20%) of Blacks have an IQ of 75 or less. Overall
Black IQ is 85. It would be of huge benefit if Black females were
given
a financial incentive to be neutered. Meantime, they keep cranking out
those low IQ kids which will lead to a social disaster. Illegal alien
mestizoes
also have a group IQ of 85 and they breed like flies. If we had a
decent
government they would soon be deported.
