The last bottle of 1 g vitamin C I bought causes me problems: The pills
stick to my tongue and mouth despite lots of water to wash them down. That
brand had not caused problems in the past decades. Something evidently has
changed. I hate to throw away a large bottle of them. Anyone know any
tricks to easily swallow such pills? In the meantime I got another brand
which causes me no difficulty.

TIA

Same thing happened to me with daily vitamins. It had a coating on it
which made it go down easier, then they stopped putting that on - to
save manufacturing costs!

Anyway milk works for me...

A little butter, perhaps? I just slosh pills around in my mouth with
water until I'm sure they're thoroughly wet.

Toss the pills to the back of the mouth at the throat opening then swallow with
liquid if needed. I have problems with the vitamin C tablets myself because I
truly hate the taste of orange.
