Charles Novins rape, beat, and try to kill me

My name is Dong Tu Hsin, a Thai citizen in hiding from violent
American rapist call Charles Novins. Novins come to my country years
ago and raped me. Try to kill me to keep me from talking. Left me to
be dead. Doctors have to close wounds in my back side and set some
brokened bones Novins gave me.

I cant not go home because police will arrest me as witness to arrest
Novins if he comes back to Thailand again. They hold me until he
comes to rape and kill more Thai boys. I will be prisoned because I
victim.

I call upon American police to arrest and deport Novins to Thailand
now so that this ordeal can be done. I will go home to testimony
against violent American murdering and pedophile name Charles Novins.

Please help us prison this evil violent predater. He rape and kill
many Thai boy. He call me gook and slope head, say I just some trash
he use and throw of away.
