A Calgary family is wondering if a delay in getting an ambulance may
have played a role in the death of their 18-month-old boy.

Elijah Luck died Tuesday after his aunt called 911 from the family's
home in Coventry, but but his relatives say it took more than half an
hour for an ambulance to arrive."

"In Florida, an infant died after her parents couldn't reach 911 in
March 2005. In Connecticut a month later, a mother rushed to the
hopsital with her choking baby after she couldn't reach 911."
