Hi there!

I wanted to take the opportunity to present to you, Falcon Ridge
Development Inc., a new real estate development company that is
building environmentally-efficient and affordable new communities in
several different states in the western US. Falcon Ridge also has a
financial arm of the company that markets and offers both new
mortgages and refinance loans at very competitive rates to the general
public as well as to Falcon Ridge home buyers.

A leader in the rapidly growing real estate development industry,
Falcon Ridge builds these communities using a coved design. This
creates aesthetic beauty and connectivity for the neighborhoods. In
each of their neighborhoods, they provide modular, factory built homes
which are set on permanent foundations. These modular homes rival any
site-built home for aesthetics, and are superior in terms of quality,
value and time to construct. This style of home along with the
innovative coved design allow for decreased costs up front as well as
savings later on with future maintenance. Their communities also have
free wireless and other unusual benefits.

We think that Falcon Ridge will be of great interest to you as you
continue to search for great companies to purchase homes from. We
will continue to send an email each week to update you with the latest
events of this great company.

Please feel free to contact me if you have interest in learning more
about the company or have any questions in general.

Best,
Jeff

My first thought was their incredible timing of jumping into real estate
just now. A bit late to the party I'd say.

My guess is they will tell you how to obtain foreclosed property. A
friend almost fell for one of these things. A company was offering to
sell him lists of foreclosure auctions in his areas. This was
pre-internet but I told him to check the legal ads in the paper where
he found this.
