Just saw this elsewhere and thought of this group.

So, you eat a jar of pickles and are left with a jar of pickle juice.
What should you do next? Take the jar and fill it up with thinly
sliced carrotts, peppers and cucumbers. Chill for 24 hours and you
will feel like Martha Stewart without all the work.

You can also use the pickle juice to marinate meats - really good with
chicken.
