used to match patterns within text.
I tested this on 666 chi.eats articles and 5555 chi.general articles
with no false positves and no misses.
Guarenteed to work as advertised for MT-Newswatcher running on MacOS
10.5.1, other platforms mmv. (UNcheck "match case" in filter expression
window)
On MTNW you invoke regexps by looking under the "contains" dropdown menu
of the filters window e.g. "Kill" if "Message" "Contains"
This will keep "him" busy for a while.
