OT: Thieving Republican Paulson's last laugh at America's expense

This is a stupefying story from the Washington Post, "Quiet Windfall
for Banks." Using fine print quietly inserted into the bill, Treasury
Secretary Paulson has taken America to the cleaners once again under
cover of the bailout, and if Congress does anything about it the
economy may go further south. You may have to close an advertisement
