Need a shopping list and go without your partner/husband as he will
always add extra items and then be surprised at the cost at the
checkout!

A list might be helpful for "must have" items if one has a poor
memory.
A person should have a rough idea of the dollar amount going into
their cart or basket so they don't get cheated at the checkout.
Having a person shop with you should pose no problem either. If that
person needs something, why not save the extra trip? Who pays for what
is a matter of personal choice. If you have no willpower, then you're
dead anyway.

Let your husband go to the store! GASP! Not.

Food shopping takes some time for this family. Fliers are my godsend. Meat
and produce are based on the flier, and the freezer stocked accordingly.
