Has anyone heard of Healthy Habits, Healthy Kids? They give out free
quick tips to parents dealing with all kinds of issues, like, fussy
eaters, sleep problems, recipes and other behavioral issues. I know
they also have a newsletter, but so far I just signed up for the free
quick tips and they're very good. I think all you have to do to get
the tips is go to their site www.hhhkids.com and click on Get Free
Tips. Their last tip was a recipe from their Cooking Incognito
(similiar to but better than the seinfeld one) recipes of a smoothie
with lemon flavored fish oils in it. Totally cool, my kid never
tasted it the fish oil and she drank it up!
