Customer relationship management seems like an ideal way to deal with the
issue of customer loyalty and retention. All the current writings deal with
retail customers. Are there sources of information that discuss these
concepts for intermediaries (i.e.distributors), who are actually considered
a company's customers. Are there other sources that address developing a
relationship with end-users, at the risk of alienating the intermediaries?
