We must transcend From what "is" to what "ought" 40 centuries is enough
This is way beyond politics.
We need to admit to the failure of the oligarchic-based constitutions
created by wealth for wealth. These faulted manuscripts enabled the usurist
( 1% pop. core investor group) to acquire more and more of the time credits
of mankind even cutting the worth of time through the inflation caused by
their ever increasing cut of the life support pie ratcheting up their
ownership our time just short but gaining on the indentured servitude of
civilization _ your progeny. This is contrary to the back to reality
redistribution of time theory where the food chain, cottage industry,
education in the home(same acre you live on) etc. phases out the non
sustainable five city system for each group of civilization ala Waltons
training videos.

This predation on civilization was done through debt and financial
instruments. Organized Usury owning more and hiding behind more limited
liability person hood protected corporations, corporations owning other
corporations, global corporations owning politicians where the people are
squeezed into less and less choice of life support and where they get it
from _ corporatism is fascism _ the Hegemony of Predation.
The entrepreneurship of the individual is vanishing and what do we have to
do? The core investor group has defined our way of life as get it from them
at whatever price or starve _ get a living if you can afford it _ better
living through parasitism.
Usury (prophetic definition of any interest or dividends) was a prophetic
warning that was ignored similar to ignoring the solar budget resulting in
the climate change. These are violations of the knowledge base (cosmic
sense) we are suffering from, which of course would not be such a problem
without the scourge of overt usury made possible by indentured politicians.

The separation of what "is" from what "ought" is the job at hand. The key
to it is the use of fairness as an archetype which pertains not only to the
existing population but also to the unborn and all upon the planet as the
premise. We need to start somewhere so why not in parable for an overview
of the project and possible time frames.

We can't as a civilization envision any excuse "for what is" to
civilization's progeny who "we" are putting in jeopardy by doing nothing _

The redistribution of time kindles the life support system which can be
shared by all on earth without exhausting the planet's ability to sustain
life. As for a constitution that encompasses the unborn as well as all the
planet's integrated systems we need to leave the oligarchic manifestos
behind and superimpose by global vote _ a PREMISE where all are included.
