For Mirone Linux version, mex was compiled with Matlab R2008a.
It means if I use newer Matlab version (2011b), I can not use Mirone in linux.
If yes, I will use Mirone with Matalb R2008a. Do you plan to build new Mirone linux version in the future?
I am sorry to trouble you so often. Because Mirone is a really good tool for me.

I spent a LOT of time trying to build a Linux version but the whole
process it outrageous insane. With a Fedora16 + gcc 4.5, Matlab 2009
pretended that my compiler was outdated and wanted me to install gcc 4.2
(cool) which I didn't of course. At the end, after building everything
the mexs that I compiled don't run because ML says there is a binary
incompatibility between the system's libc++ (something like that) and
the one used internaly by Matlab.
Summary, in a 2 years period the Linux world was not capable of
maintaining binary compatibility within their products. That's more than
I am able to swallow. I'm very happy on Windows, those who love linux
will have to build a working version on theirs systems. There is one
make file under the 'mex' directory to help people doing that ... as
long as TMW and Linus agree on what binary is compatible with what.
