I learned about mirah a few weeks ago and was rather excited since I'd grown a bit disillusioned with the Java-esque syntax of Scala, that made a bit obtuse and certainly not elegant.

I'd been looking for a way to illustrate how all that boilerplate was for a programming class and I was looking forward to writing it in mirah and compiling it to the mess of java.

It's kinda a cool feature. White mirah compile to java and your employer need never know... Kinda like coffee-script to javascript.

Will this be supported again in the future?
