They say color is long and in range of [0, 0xffffffff]

I found a piece of coe where on watermarking an image and the guy uses
"0xFFFFFFFFL" which Mirah can't parse and I'm trying to figure out how
to convert to long:)

It turns out AppEngine doesn't honor PNG transparency when combining two images.

AppEngine doesn't support writing text to images either :/ oh well..

I think we need to support the Java "L" and "l" (lower-case L)
suffixes for literal numbers.
