Unit Tests

The experience of running Mirah's tests has room for improvement. Is
there interest in moving to RSpec? Or at least a better Test::Unit runner?

I saw baroquebobcat forked turn recently. Turn [1] provides better
output and doesn't require changing test frameworks.
