*Dear Earthner *
*Here is an exciting news , a wonderful recognition to ExNoRa by the US
Government . Six young politicians (3 Democrats & 3 Republicans ) who have
been chosen for a leadership development programme were on a visit to
Chennai as a part of their political career path development training. The
US Government chose ExNoRa for the young politicians to spend half a day to
visit ExNoRa projects. After the visit they listened to ExNoRans with rapt
attention and conveyed their whole hearted appreciation. The Head of the
delegation said that the ExNoRa messages should be taken to the rest of the
world. (See below ExNoRa messages / organisations)*
*You will see below ExNoRa discoveries and well as The Hindu Coverage on the
visit. The attachments are on all about their visit and them . Another
attachment is on the threat that are in store waiting to wipe out all life
forms . Forward the message to your all e contacts as they too can
participate in ExNoRa activities *
*Before that a food for thought !*
*The 6 ‘Pa’s or 6 'P' s that the Parents get for their Children from the
day the day a child is born in Tamil, Hindi & English* and the 7th Pa
which is very important and which most of the paents do !!
1. 1.Balam (Tamil), Bal (Hindi) Power / Strength (English)
2. 2.Bakthi (Tamil & Hindi) ,Praying (English )
3. 3.Panbugal (Tamil), Palan (Hindi ) , Personality (English)
4. 4.Padipu (Tamil) , Padai (Hindi ), Pupil (Education)
5. 5.Panam (Tamil ) , Paisa (Hindi) , Possessions (English)
6. 6.Padhavi (Tamil & Hindi ) Position (English)
Great but most of the parents don’t do the 7th ‘Pa’ or ‘P’ which is
7. Pasumai (Tamil) Parayavaran (Hindi) Planet (Hindi)
The first 6 ‘Pa’s are their individual responsibility in which the parents
without doubt excel . Unfortunately the 7th ‘Pa’ is a collective
responsibility . They think that SOMEBODY else will do the 7th ‘Pa’. That
SOMEBODY also thinks the same way . But the truth is that the SOMEBODY is
NOBODY. With all the 6 ‘Pa’s or 6 ‘P’s, their children hardly can do
anything without the 7th ‘pa’ which represents Environment . The children
when grow will indeed need clean WATER & AIR without which they cannot
survive. Every parent and citizen should take a pledge, “All Good Things
Begin With Me” and ACT so . Saving the Planet is their collective
responsibility and they should go all out to do it

interact with Exnora founder M.B.Nirmal in Pammal on Thursday. *
TAMBARAM: A delegation of young American leaders of the Democratic and
Republican parties visited Pammal and Mudichur near Tambaram on Thursday as
part of a fort-night-long visit to India to study the political,
socio-economic and environmental issues in the country.
On Thursday, they visited Pammal Municipality and the Zero Waste Centre
where organic waste is converted into manure through composting and the
process of primary collection of waste from the streets. The delegation
visited the house of Indra Kumar, a resident of Shankar Nagar Sixth Street
and a member of Exnora International.
At the end of the visit, Valerie Knol, leader of the delegation and Mayor,
City of Farmington, told reporters that they had come to India to have a
closer look at the political system, socio-economic issues and problems
relating to the environment. The visit to Pammal Municipality was an
eye-opener on many counts as they could see the involvement of the
government, people and voluntary organisations in collection and disposal of
solid waste, Ms.Valerie said. The level of participation of the American
people in environment protection was also high, she added.
Referring to the visit to Mr. Indra Kumar’s house, she said such models of
home composting and re-use of waste water from kitchen and organic waste
would eliminate pollution and help in combating global warming.
The delegation, later, visited Mudichur and interacted with elected
representatives of the village panchayat and members of Hand-in-Hand, the
non-governmental organisation operating the compost yard.
A release from the U.S. Consulate General in Chennai said the delegation was
visiting India under the auspices of the American Council of Young Political
Leaders exchange programme. Many young Indian politicians from different
political parties had visited the U.S. on the invitation of the ACYPL some
years ago. M. B. Nirmal, founder, Exnora and R. Kandhavel, vice-chairman,
Pammal Municipality, were also present.
