  Hi, &lt;br&gt; Another remark: the network card is more important than the other &lt;br&gt; hardware you describe. If one of the machines has a card MINIX &lt;br&gt; supports, use that machine.   The description is correct. &lt;br&gt; If processing takes to long even with all overheads minimized one can &lt;br&gt; hardly do more. But that is not the case here. &lt;br&gt; OK 8700 packets per second. What if you have 100.000 packets per &lt;br&gt; second? Or 1.000.000 Quite a lot of interrups and messages per second. &lt;br&gt; Quite a lot of CPU time spent in IPC ...

  Hello, &lt;br&gt; I am reposting the message because there was lot of typo in previous message : &lt;br&gt; By default Minix3 installs 16MB Root partition, How can I increase the &lt;br&gt; root partition to 160 MB. &lt;br&gt; My root partition becomes full very easily and I am not able to login : &lt;br&gt; &amp;quot;No space on device 3/128&amp;quot; &lt;br&gt; In my case root partition is 16MB and it is 0% free.
