Hi,

I've fixed the ctags-5.5.4 broken build.minix, and added the missing
dependency files.
If you'd like to upgrade to the latest version (5.8), I fixed the
broken code for minix and added the required build.minix and
dependancies.

ctags-5.5.4.diff patch for the current version of ctags in the
repository
ctags-5.8-minix.tar.gz patched version of 5.8
ctags-5.8.diff the patch, relative to the latest version from the
authors website.
