Not for mainline minix. I guess Minix-vmd has support for IPv6.

Either port it from minix-vmd (if it is available) or use LwIP. The
current minix version of LwIP is 1.4.0-rc1. Stable IPv6 is not part
of LwIP release yet, but the current git HEAD of LwIP repository
(which will likely become 1.5.0 early next year) contains fairly
stable (afaik) IPv6. So the best would be to update the minix sources
and try to compile in IPv6 instead of IPv4. Note that you would have
to change the utilities that configure Minix's networking as well
since they assume IPv4.
