Mineshafter proxy.exe doesnt do anything when i click it.

Hello, and I have a problem. Mineshafter proxy won't work, and it's
an .EXE file.
I'm on a windows 7 computer. The title says everything here in short.

It should be a .JAR file. Unless you don't want a .JAR file, i made an .EXE version of Mineshafter I'll put up on MediaFire

The file dissapears from the folder when i click on it.
