Hello Everyone,
I’m inviting you to join me for First Friday on April 4 – a nourishing space I host monthly for therapists, leaders, and anyone interested in reconnecting with themselves in community.

We’ll explore gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation practices rooted in Kundalini Yoga, a time-tested system that integrates body, breath, sound, and stillness to support clarity, vitality, and presence. Think of it as a reset for your nervous system – grounded in physiology. It will be paired with a somatic meditation practice from the Realization Process curriculum to cultivate deep embodiment.

This is a down-to-earth and trauma-informed space where personal choice and embodied awareness are central.

Full details and registration are here: (registration is required to receive Zoom link)

Time: April 4 8:00AM to 9:00AM EST

Live On Zoom

Cost: FREE

Let me know if you have any questions. I’d love to have you join us.

Warmly,

Jen
