I have been really getting into this mind mapping until errors
occurred when I tried to open a previous map. I signed out to see if
that would help, but now I am locked out of my account.
Ouch, a hit to confidence in reliability of these great services.
Of course this was only a temporary glitch - And even something like a
worst case scenario. Our DB server finally crashed - on a weekend...
So we all freaked out, figured out that 42 isn't the answer to
everything, and set up a replacement server with a backup from
yesterday. After all we are up an running again - with a hopefully
even faster and more reliable database than before.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the temporary failure of
our FREE and still in BETA service. I just had to say this now :)

Thanks for the reply, its cool to know what happened. I can now get
in.
I really like this software and service. I am planning to use it to
collaborate on group projects at school. I was about to send an email
out to some people in a group I am working with, telling them about
this resource when I was locked out. Most people are not very aware of
mind mapping, but I think they will see that this is a very useful
too.
Thanks again!
