Hello,

Does anyone know where I can get quantity 1 of a snap-in electrical socket that snaps into a 24mm x 24mm opening?  The broken one is marked Rong Feng SS-6B (http://www.rongfeng.com.tw/pdf/SS-6B.pdf).

My first searches for the exact part number turned up lots available for purchase of 300 or 1000 pieces; only need one.

Thanks,
Dan

Sadly I just recently threw away a faulty HarborFreight timer that may have had two sockets which looked like that.

The only suggestion I might offer is that it may be cheaper/easier to find a donor device which already has one in it than to find someone selling onesie/twosies.

If you don't mind used, I get get you something.

What kind of terminals do you need?
The picture shows one designed to press onto wires and pierce the insulation, I have also seen them with spade terminals and solder lugs.

Mine has spade terminals, but they're soldered in my device (dual-input, network-controlled power strip).  Anything I can re-attach the soldered wires to is fine.

I don't mind used.  If it's convenient, pull something, otherwise I found the exact manufacturer and part number at quantity 2 for $3.70 (shipping included) from this China-based eBay seller:

Thanks,
Dan
