I just heard back from Kristina Gomez:
"As a Patent and Trademark Resource Center we provide free patent and
trademark information to the public and seek opportunities to connect
with local inventors. Speaking at the ‘Space fits with the PTRC
program goals and we’re happy to share our resources at absolutely no
cost.
Thursday, June 7th at 7 p.m. would work best on my end. The program I
generally present is Patent Searching 101, which defines types of
patents, goes through the 7 step patent search process and highlights
changes to the patent system with the enactment of America Invents. I
can also discuss international patents if you think attendees would
have an interest.
The talk usually takes 45-50 minutes, but please let me know if you
need it shorter/longer. Also, would you happen to have an estimate on
the number of attendees (for folders, handouts ,etc.)?"

It could also be taped for use at the Milwaukee Public Library. If it works out well, and MPL likes the way it looks, maybe it could be the start of a nice collaboration between the library and the makerspace. They've got lots of other classes, and we can make stuff.

Bummer that this is scheduled for today, the same day at Tom's pitch at Turner hall.

Hopefully, I will be there. The auto is at the shop and It may not return in time.
I have tried to rein in it's shopping sprees but it still goes out and gets new stuff.
