Holiday Greetings everyone!

 

The Milwaukee Ultimate Club is proud to present the 21st Annual Toys for Tots Ultimate Jam on Saturday December 5th. The event benefits the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves' Toys for Tots Program which collects and distributes Christmas toys to kids in need. Over the past 20 years the Ultimate Jam has collected thousands of toys and cash worth over $30,000.

 

There will be ultimate, live music (looks to be especially good this year), a charity auction, food/drink/bowling specials, and tons of fun. You can make this an all day gig or just come for your favorite parts.

Here's all the info:

The 21st annual Toys for Tots Ultimate Jam will be held rain, snow, or shine on Saturday December 5th, 2009 at the Pioneer Bowl in Richfield. This is a charity event to benefit the US Marine Corps Reserves' Toys for Tots program with donations of toys, cash, and a live charity auction. The Pioneer Bowl in Richfield. It is a bowling center with 2 pool tables, video games, plenty of TV's, a grille, and open bowling all day. This is a kid friendly place. We have two fields with lights so there will be plenty of playing time.   Play whenever you want with whoever you want for as long as you want. What to bring: A new, unwrapped toy of $10 - $15 value or equal cash donation (No used toys) A black shirt and a white shirt to play in (Like Spy vs. Spy) $$$ for the auction (You can't bid if you can't buy) An item for the auction (optional, but it's gotta be cool, man) A positive party attitude (You'll have fun and LIKE it!)

What you get: Nice field with lights for night play! (Courtesy of The Pioneer Bowl) Live Music..Brother Tom Mac and friends, Mike Koch, Dave Henry. Auction (Cool bar stuff, Ultimate gear/apparel, and ??? - do you have anything to donate?) Drink and Bowling specials Loads of Fun (All for a good cause)

Schedule:   12:00 pm - Pioneer Bowl Opens for lunch and ultimate sign-in     1:00 pm - 5:00pm - Day ultimate game!     4:00 pm - Live Music Starts     5:00 pm - Auction Begins!     6:00 pm - More Music and fun     6:05 pm - 8:00 pm - Night Ultimate Game!     2:30 am - Bar Closes :(

 

There are several hotels located on the first two freeway exits south of the Pioneer Bowl if anyone needs a place to stay. There are also local couches/beds/floor space available upon request.

 

The Ultimate Jam is held the first Saturday every December.
